M K Horsley & Co was formed in October 2005 and is a small independent firm of Accountants operating from professional offices at The Quadrant in the city centre of Coventry.

The business was formally formed following the proprietors continued client base growth over the last 10 years culminating in the decision to finally go it alone. Since moving to the current business the practice has continued to grow rapidly.

The business is run by sole practitioner, Martin Horsley, MAAT, specialising in the accountancy and taxation requirements of individuals, sole traders, partnerships and Limited Companies.

Martin qualified as a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, having worked for a large independent Coventry based firm of Chartered Accountants after leaving school in 1986.

Martin is assisted in the running of the business by his wife Denise and Tim James FCA, a retired partner with the firm Martin originally worked for. The business also makes good use of contacts built up over the last 10 years with various well respected accountants and bookkeepers in the Coventry, Wawickshire and Birmingham areas.

Martin and Denise live in Leamington Spa with their 18 month old daughter, Faye along with all the various pets they have.
